2. What data we process

We process the following categories of personal data:

  • e-mail
  • name, where provided

2.2 Receipt data

  • photographs of receipts
  • names of goods
  • prices
  • dates of purchase
  • retailers

2.3 Technical data

  • IP address
  • device type
  • operating system
  • application identifiers

2.4 Usage data

  • history of application use
  • interactions within the application

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data in order to:

  • provide the service (receipt archiving)
  • track warranty periods
  • send notifications
  • improve the application
  • comply with legal obligations

4. Legal basis for processing

Under the GDPR, processing is carried out on the basis of:

  • performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
  • legitimate interest (analytics, security)
  • consent (e.g. marketing, if used)

5. OCR and automated processing

The application uses automated processing (OCR) to extract data from receipts.

  • inaccuracies may occur
  • the User can edit the data

6. Sharing data with third parties

Personal data may be passed to:

  • cloud service providers (e.g. hosting)
  • analytics tools
  • payment providers (Apple / Google)

Data is not sold to third parties.

7. Transfers outside the EU

Where data is transferred outside the EU, protection is ensured by:

  • standard contractual clauses (SCC)

8. Retention period

We retain data:

  • for the duration of the account
  • for a maximum of 30 days after its cancellation (for recovery)
  • longer only where required by law

9. User rights

The User has the right to:

  • access the data
  • rectification
  • erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
  • restriction of processing
  • data portability
  • lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů)

10. Security

We use:

  • data encryption (HTTPS, storage)
  • authentication
  • access restrictions

11. Cookies and tracking

The application may use:

  • analytics tools
  • crash reporting

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The User will be informed.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
